Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled

  • In original sealed packaging with tags intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sales@lustracing.co.uk with the following details:

  • Full name, address, and contact information

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Optional: photo(s) of the item

If your request is approved, we will issue a Product Return Authorization (PRA) code and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Initial shipping and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable

  • If the correct item was supplied, our original postage cost will be deducted from the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@lustracing.co.uk.

Items not returned in accordance with our policy—including those that have been used, installed, or received after the return window has closed (i.e. after the “we should receive your return by” date)—are not eligible for a refund. Such items become the property of LUST Racing Ltd after 30 days if unclaimed.

International Returns

When returning items from outside the UK:

  • Clearly mark customs declarations as “Product Return”

  • Incorrect declarations may result in import duties or the parcel being returned to sender

  • Any import duties or service fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from your refund

  • If premium couriers (e.g. DHL Express) are used, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

If you’ve simply changed your mind, it may be more cost-effective to sell the item locally via an auction site or riders’ forum. Paid postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Electronic components, brake light switches, bearings, or needle bearings

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items that have been installed

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, submit a return request for the original item. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
